Text message consent (opt-in)

The credit application includes an SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Applicants must actively check the box to opt in to text messages. The consent statement reads:

I agree to receive automated text messages from the dealership at the phone number provided about my credit application status, vehicle inquiries, appointment scheduling, and customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of obtaining financing.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or financing.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
